CHECK VERIFICATION, CONVERSION, & GUARANTEE
- Swipe check thru check reader, enter DL #, and sale amount
- Customer signs duplicate receipts print after approval
- Stamp “ACH Processed” on check and give back to customer with receipt
- Guaranteed payment - you will never be responsible for NSF checks
- Funds are deposited into your account just like a credit card transaction - with a rate less than credit card transactions!
- Equipment: Verifone Omni VX-570 terminal with the MagTek Mini MICR Check Imager
VERIFICATION & CONVERSION (No Guarantee)
- Process your customer checks the same as the GOLD program
- Check is NOT guaranteed, but you can apply for the Check Recovery Program to handle the collections process of recovering your funds.
- Funds are deposited into your account WITHOUT paying a discount rate!

TRADITIONAL PAPER CHECK GUARANTEE PROGRAM
- No check reader required - use your existing terminal
- No conversion services, just deposit your customers check into your bank account
- If NSF returned, processor reimburces face value of check within 30-days
LOCKBOX PROGRAM - Non face-To-Face Programs
- Reduce time spent handling paper checks
- Electronically process checks received via mail or drop-box
- Process approximately 30-45 checks per hour per station
- Funds are electronically deposited into your account
